Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the ideal candidate will be qualified ACA or ACCA with experience in practice but are likely to be looking to extend their career by moving into a commercial environment, acting in a supervisory role for a variety of companies and organisations, primarily SMEs. Critical to this role, will be the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally, an understanding of audit and taxation of SMEs and the ability to produce management information and analytical reviews using the most up-to-date software.
Previous experience in managing and training a team committed to delivering an exceptional level of client service is highly desirable. Success in this role will lead to other career opportunities within this high-growth organisation. Due to the travel aspects of the role, applicants will have their own transport.
