Harvey John recruitment is assisting a leading retail organisation based in Sittingbourne for an HR Manager. Managing a team, the main purpose of the role will be to plan and deliver the running of the site HR Department to ensure personnel policies and procedures are fully and effectively implemented on the site; deliver communications which provides all colleagues and managers with a two way information flow; coach to improve performance; champion people engagement; drive continuous improvement and to manage and drive performance.
