• What’s involved:

You will be engaged in finance related office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.

The main emphasis within the role will be the electronic processing of payments

You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.

- minimum of 2 years finance related office administration experience
- payments processing experience
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.

• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
