Our client, Virgin Holidays, is the largest and most successful transatlantic tour operator, holding the position of the market leader to the USA and Florida. They are currently seeking an HR Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract for 3 months to join the team based in their Crawley town centre offices.
Reporting to an HR Advisor, the purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative service to the HR team, line management and all employees.
Answering queries and providing information on HR policies and procedures, you will be dealing with both face-to-face and telephone enquiries from line management and staff.You will be providing administrative support to the team by producing mailshots, preparing correspondence and co-ordinating aspects of the disciplinary process. Other key elements of administrative support include updating the database and maintaining attendance and overtime records. The role includes co-ordinating the administration process for recruitment and selection as well as presenting a weekly HR induction programme and being responsible for the leavers process. You will research and collate statistical information for the HR team and produce and check a monthly audit report.
A team player, educated to a good standard with excellent customer service skills, the ideal candidate will be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure.You should have working experience Excel and Word at intermediate level. Previous experience of HR administration is highly desirable. You should be able to start immediately.
