The Role:
A large Banking group requires a highly competent Business Analyst to join their Group Operations division as part of a major integration. You will be required to document and test the heritage payment processes, whilst managing relationships with stakeholders and working with risk and Audit to control any weaknesses. You will also produce process flows, document processes and controls, create test plans and conduct payment process testing.

The Candidate:
As a strong Business Analyst you must possess sound knowledge of the Payments Processes life cycle and systems (SWIFT gateways etc), ideally also with Sanctions payments screening experience. With strong business analysis experience in a similar role within Financial Services/Banking, you will have proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, and test plan production. You will be delivery driven, well organised and able to hit the ground running, as well as being comfortable managing and eliciting information from stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
