Job Description

Hult International Business School is a global institution that provides an intensive one-year MBA, as well as Masters and Undergraduate programs at its campuses in Boston, San Francisco, Dubai, London, and Shanghai. Hult is about to launch its new Program - Master of Digital Marketing. As an Associate Director of Student Recruitment for Hult, you will be responsible for individuals enrolling onto our newly launched Master of Digital Marketing, for candidates coming from outside of Europe, including the Americas, Middle East and Asia.

Through a pro active offline and online marketing approach, you will significantly increase Hult\'s visibility in the region while selling the new Master. Through various networking activities and partnerships with key market players, you will be expected to reach student enrollment targets for Hult in this region. You will work in a highly competitive international environment with colleagues who will share responsibility for reaching individual student recruitment targets in various regions of the world. Approximately 40% of your time will be spent traveling in your markets while the remaining time will be on the phone discussing Hult with future students, as well as planning events and implementing outreach strategies for your audience. You will develop relationships with the following key customers internal and external to the Hult brand: Alumni/ Current Students/ Test Prep Centers/ Corporate Sponsors/ EF network/ Faculty and Staff. You will coordinate networking activities that will also result in increased application conversion: Alumni reunions/ Information Sessions/ Personal Interviews/ Meet and Greet with Prospective Students/ Marketing Focus Groups. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is Passionate about International Education
• Has ground sales and marketing experience ( at least 2-3 years)
• Is a well well-articulate, cultivated person with an ability to engage in sophisticated conversations with complex and experienced individuals
• Has positive attitude and able to take initiatives and risks
• Has ground experience with pipeline management and recruitment funneling
• Has ground experience with budget management
• Is comfortable with with Power Point presentations, web based presentations and cold calls made via phone
• Has desire for International travel and interest in learning about foreign cultures
• Is result driven and can work independently with little supervision
• Master or MBA preferred but not required
• Knowledge of additional language would be an advantage
