Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team at this accredited, 4 star hotel.
The establishment boasts a popular brasserie style restaurant that offers its cliental French Bistro cuisine, with an onus on fresh produce, quality cooking and maintaining a well deserved reputation for fantastic food and high standards. Small function as well as private dining facilities are also available. Preferably coming from a Rosette background you will have a flair and creativity that compliments the establishment and be constantly ion the look out for innovative ideas to improve menus and presentation styles.
Assisting the senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen management the successful candidate must be a good communicator and be able to work with all members of the kitchen brigade in order to ensure the best service possible from the kitchen.
Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Coming from a quality background, you will have 2-3 years experience, preferably at rosette level. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
