Full Description:

This specialist scheme/general commercial broker is seeking to recruit to expand their customer services team. With the launch of new products within Commercial and Personal Lines, the role will be working mainly handling existing business and would suit an individual with at least 1 years experience of general insurance and have gained good customer service skills and/or telesales knowledge from either a broking or insurer environment. You role will be split between telephone work and general correspondence to include composing letters to policyholders and insurance companies. You will be responsible for any policy amendments, liaising with clients about their change in circumstance, and renewals and be accurate in your detail. The right person will possess a confident phone manner and be able to work well with other team member Must be an all rounder who is willing to undertake all office tasks On going In-house training will be offered.
