To provide administrative and telephone support to Membership and Travel Services Department.

Responsibilities:
* Administration and Liaison with internal departments
* Application form enquiries
* Answering all customer queries
* To exceed in KPI levels of achievement

You will be:
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Hold strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
* Numerate and accurate

Hours:
37.5 hour working week on a rota shift basis between Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm.

There is also a weekend and bank holiday rota where cover is required from 9am to 5.30pm (Saturdays) and 10am to 4pm (Sundays and Bank Holidays - paid as overtime)

You will be required to work approximately 2 weekends days per month.
