Our client, based in central Croydon, is looking to fulfil a vacancy that will require the successful candidate to lead, motivate and develop a team of employees to ensure that the standards set by the company are fully realised.

The successful candidate will hold the following:
* Educated to the equivalent of GCSE standard or above
* Team management training: (this may include appraisals, maintenance of personnel records, delegation etc)
* Performance management training (this may include auditing, identifying of training needs, coaching, objective setting etc)
* Previous experience of complaint management

Successful attributes held by the candidate will include:
* Strong organisational and problem solving skills
* The ability to demonstrate an excellent level of customer service
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
* Good UK geographical knowledge

This position will require a current driving licence.

This position is based on a 35 hour week shift basis, between 6:30am and 10:00pm, there is a further requirement to be on call as and when required.
