Salary: £15000 - £16000 per annum

To take instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover from Clients and Account Executives.
To provide administration and claims handling support for the Account Executives.
To provide a comprehensive Client service.
Give instructions to insurance providers.
To act on new business opportunities arising from Clients under your control and to contribute to the achievement of the Department's New Business targets.
Put up quotations both for new and renewal business.
Issue and/or check policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by Clients.
To carry out administration tasks detailed by the Section Leader or your Line Manager.
Ensure that a diary system is maintained, in order to track outstanding issues.
To handle claims promptly and efficiently, in accordance with the Procedures Manual.
Manage files in a correct, accurate and timely manner.
Provide weekly post returns confirming work received and completed.
To follow Firm's procedures and systems in line with the Procedures Manual.
To fully comply with the Firm's TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) requirements.
